Shipping Policy
Applies to all orders placed on taurr.in, fulfilled through our logistics partner Shiprocket.
01Order Processing
Orders are processed and handed over to our logistics partner, Shiprocket, within 1–2 business days of order confirmation (i.e., after successful payment via Razorpay), excluding Sundays and public holidays.
Orders placed after 3:00 PM IST are processed the following business day.
You will receive an order confirmation email/SMS immediately after payment, and a separate shipping confirmation with tracking details once the order is dispatched.
02Delivery Timelines
Estimated delivery timelines, shown at checkout and in your shipping confirmation, are indicative and depend on the destination pin code and courier partner assigned by Shiprocket:

These are estimates, not guarantees. Actual delivery may be affected by courier network delays, regional weather disruptions, local restrictions, high-demand periods (sale events, festivals), or force majeure events.
TAURR is not liable for delays caused by incorrect or incomplete address details provided at checkout, or by courier-side disruptions outside our control.
03Serviceable Areas
We currently ship across all pin codes serviceable by Shiprocket's courier network within India.
If your pin code is found to be non-serviceable at checkout or after order placement, we will notify you and offer a full refund or an alternate resolution.
We do not currently ship outside India. International shipping, if introduced, will be governed by additional terms published at that time.
04Shipping Charges
Shipping charges (if applicable) are calculated at checkout based on order value, weight, and destination, and are displayed before payment.
We may offer free shipping thresholds or promotional free-shipping periods, communicated on the Platform from time to time.
05Order Tracking
Once dispatched, you will receive a tracking ID and link via email/SMS to track your shipment in real time through Shiprocket's tracking system.
You can also view live order/shipping status from your account under Order History.
06Failed or Delayed Delivery Attempts
Courier partners typically attempt delivery up to 2–3 times. If delivery fails due to recipient unavailability, incorrect address, or refusal to accept, the shipment may be returned to origin (RTO).
In case of an RTO, we will contact you to arrange re-shipment (additional shipping charges may apply) or process a refund as per our Return & Refund Policy, minus applicable RTO charges where the failure was not caused by TAURR.
Please ensure your phone number is accurate and reachable, as courier partners will contact you directly to coordinate delivery.
07Packaging
All footwear is shipped in secure outer packaging to protect the original shoebox during transit. Please retain all original packaging until you're sure you won't need to initiate a return or exchange.
If your package arrives visibly damaged or tampered with, please record a video while unboxing and contact us within 48 hours of delivery — this is required to process any damage-related claim (see our Return & Refund Policy, Section 5).
08Multiple Items & Split Shipments
If your order contains multiple items, they may be shipped together or in separate shipments depending on warehouse and courier availability. You will be notified if your order is split, and each shipment will have its own tracking ID.
09Address Changes
Delivery address changes can be requested only before dispatch, by contacting us immediately at taurr@taurr.in with your Order ID. Once an order is handed to Shiprocket, address changes cannot be guaranteed and may result in delivery delays or RTO.
10Force Majeure
TAURR and its logistics partners shall not be held liable for shipping delays or failures resulting from events beyond reasonable control, including natural disasters, strikes, transport disruptions, government restrictions, or courier network outages.
11Contact Us
This Policy is subject to periodic review and may be updated to reflect operational or courier-partner changes. The version in effect at the time of your order applies to that order.
